Guess Where We've Been?

Yorkshire!
My knitting friend, Carol, generously offered the use
of her townhouse within the walls of York.
How perfect.
A wonderful opportunity to visit cathedrals, gardens
and National Trust properties.

York Minster

The Treasurer's House just behind the Minster

The Shambles

Betty's Tea Room

Beningbrough Hall

Fountains Abbey

The Surgery (you know which one)

Nunnington Hall

Castle Howard

Carol, being a RHS member of long standing, arranged tickets
 for the Chelsea Flower Show.
That meant a couple of days in London. Too bad!
Hawks in Trafalgar Square
to control the surplus pigeon population.

The People's Choice Award winning garden at the CFS

A folly that will somehow find its way to my garden.

Love England . . .
. . . but, it hasn't got Bun.

Gorgeous photos!

You are going to scare your bunnies with skeletons and gargoyles!

Great pics Candice. Must go in search of the gargoyle pattern in the Minster.

The Geezer on the Bench series should be an ongoing a project!
